The difference

We don't just
count doors.

Intrivant focuses only on Division 08 and 10, so every takeoff comes from estimators who know doors, frames, hardware and specialties. AI speeds up the counting, and an estimator reviews every line before it reaches you, in the platform your team already uses.

Who we are

The team behind your takeoff.

Intrivant was formed in 2026, building on estimating work our team has done for contractors since 2018. We give door, hardware and specialties contractors a dependable estimating partner they don't have to train or manage.

Neel Rajgor

CEO & Founder, Intrivant LLC

Software engineer

The estimator who thinks like an engineer.

We work with Division 08 and Division 10 subcontractors and hardware suppliers, handling takeoffs and estimates for doors, frames, hardware and specialty items.

Through secure remote access, our estimators work directly in whatever in-house platform your team uses, such as Comsense, ProTech, Software for Hardware or AVAware, and treat your project information as confidential. Your files stay in your environment, and you control our access.

AI speeds up the counting. Our senior estimators catch what software can't, such as addenda changes, hardware set conflicts and missing scope, before the numbers reach you. The result is accuracy and on-time delivery that helps your team bid more work without adding headcount.

The founder's journey
  1. 2018

    Where it started

Neel began taking on Division 08 and 10 takeoffs and bids as a freelancer, and saw how often one missed hardware set or late addendum cost a bid or a margin.

  2. DHI

    Learning the standards

Online coursework through the Door and Hardware Institute, including COR 123, deepened his knowledge of door, frame and hardware standards.

  3. 2026

    Founding Intrivant

Intrivant LLC formed in Illinois: estimators who work in your platform, use AI to move faster, and review every estimate by hand.

  4. NEXT

    Where we're headed

As a software engineer, Neel is building tools to automate takeoffs end to end, with experienced estimators still in charge of the final numbers.

We're building the next era of estimating, one accurate bid at a time.
